Products

What paper do you print on?

Unless otherwise stated we use Hahnemuhle William Turner 310GSM fine art paper. The inks used are Epson K3, ensuring color stability and longevity.

What size are the prints?

Each print has its size listed on its product page, this includes an (approximate) 25mm white border all round.

Are the prints signed by the artist?

Yes. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

Clicking on the 'checkout' button on your cart page will take you to the paypal website. If you choose to pay using your paypal account select 'pay with my paypal account'. If you want to pay using a card choose the 'pay with a credit or debit card' option located futher down the page. In this case you will be prompted to enter your address and payment details. Its safe and secure.

How secure is the payment system?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

How are the prints packed and posted?

Each print packed with acid free tissue and is posted in its own tough 3mm thick cardboard tube.

What is your return policy?

You can cancel at any time up to 7 days after delivery. To cancel please email us at info@juliaheseltine.com. Please return the item, at your expense, with its original packaging to the address below. Subject to our Terms and Conditions, we will issue a refund less postage costs.

Please check your print when its delivered, if it has been damaged in transit please tell the delivery driver, sign for it and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at info@juliaheseltine.com. If possible please photograph any damage. We will then contact you to discuss the matter, and to explain what to do next.

Please return the print, with its original packaging to: JHPrints, Geranium Cottage, The Street, Tuddenham St. Martin, Suffolk IP6 9BT.

Postage

How long will delivery of my order take?

Orders to UK addresses are typically despatched within 7 working days.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does postage cost?

Costs to UK addressess are £10 per print, as for safety reasons, we pack each print in its own carboard tube.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day Service™. The service ensures proof of delivery and is fully tracked.

What about internationally?

Yes. We ship to all the destinations that permit tracking using our chosen delivery method. Cost varies with destination. Postage is charged per print as each print is packed in its own cardboard tube. We use Royal Mail Airsure®. The service is fully tracked to its destination. Please visit the shop cart page and update the postal country to check the actual cost.

We currently ship to:

  • European Union Zones: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain and Sweden.
  • Non European Union Zones: Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland.
  • Rest of the World: Australia , Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA.

Please note all postage charged includes a fee for packaging costs.

Please note any import duties, tarrifs or taxes raised as a result of attempted delivery to the delivery address are the responsibility of the purchaser.
